Officer Duties
· President- prepare, plan, and hold at least one NHS meeting per month. The president will delegate tasks and duties to the general membership.
· Vice-president- prepare, plan and hold NHS meetings in the absence of the chapter president. The vice-president will be responsible for taking pictures at all chapter events and forwarding them to the chapter advisor.
· Secretary- take minutes and attendance at each chapter meeting. The secretary will forward all meeting minutes to the chapter advisor for posting on the website. The secretary is also responsible for chapter correspondence.
· Treasurer - collect dues from all members. The treasurer will also remind members of unpaid dues.
