FBLA

Helps students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs. 

Students at Blair-Taylor participate in many events, from competitions to fun activities like taking in a Milwaukee Bucks game and running the school concessions stand.

FBLA students recently attended the Madison Capitol hockey game.  The Capitols are a semi-pro team with players hoping to get picked up by a NHL team.  The Capitols hosted a business panel for students to learn more about Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Business Administration, and Sales.  They emphasized the importance of being coachable, developing verbal and written communication, teamwork, networking and a host of other topics.
After the panel discussion, students were able to stay & enjoy the game with the Capitols coming out victorious.  It was a great opportunity for our students to connect with others at that level.  Our FBLA chapter is advised by Mrs. Lisa Perry, Business & Information instructor.
